Our story
Ravelli Capetown started with a simple idea. Good clothing should be easy to buy, fairly priced, and made to be worn often. We are a small online clothing store based in Capetown, South Africa, and we sell everyday pieces for men and women.
The shop exists because we were tired of choosing between price and quality. We wanted a place where the clothes are straightforward, the sizing is honest, and what you see on the website is what arrives at your door. So we built one.
We choose each piece for fit, fabric, and how well it holds up after repeated wear and washing. We would rather carry a smaller range we stand behind than fill the store with things we would not wear ourselves.
Customer service matters to us as much as the clothes. When you email us, a person reads your message and replies, usually within 12 hours. If something is wrong with your order, we want to know, and we will work with you to put it right.
We are based at 12 Boundary Rd, Retreat, Cape Town, 7945, South Africa, and we ship across South Africa.
