Refund policy

Shopping should feel good from start to finish. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it easy to sort out. Here is everything you need to know about returning or exchanging an item at Ravelli Capetown.

Return window
You have 60 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To get started, send an email to info@ravelli-capetown.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

Condition of items
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging intact. We are not able to accept items that show signs of use or are missing packaging.

No restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees. Returns are simple and fair.

Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return reaches us safely. Ravelli Capetown cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, exchanges are available on eligible items. Get in touch at info@ravelli-capetown.com and we will do our best to help.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
