Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses within South Africa only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order within South Africa. There is no minimum spend and no delivery fee at checkout.

When is the daily order cutoff?

Our cutoff is 16:00 on weekdays. Orders placed after 16:00, or on a weekend, are processed on the next business day.

How long until my order is processed?

Orders are prepared and packed within 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. In most cases your order arrives within 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with tracking details. You can also use the Track Your Order link in our menu.

What is your return policy?

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging. Email info@ravelli-capetown.com with your order number to start.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available on eligible items. Email info@ravelli-capetown.com and we will arrange it where possible.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. All transactions use SSL encryption.
